Opening hours

The Spa is open every day from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. Treatments and massages are available from 9 am to 8 pm every day. Our professional staff is at your service for any bookings on 021 613 33 67.

 
Changing rooms

Each customer may use an individual locker containing necessary linen and accessories. The lockers are emptied every evening to ensure hygiene and security for all customers. Management cannot be held responsible for the disappearance of valuables left in the lockers or in other areas of the Spa. Customers may leave them at the Spa reception, who will place them in a safe.

Security and hygiene

Some rules of security and hygiene must be complied with.
Every user is personally responsible for his own health and is expected to consult a doctor before undertaking certain exercises or treatments.
Management declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft of property inside the Spa.
Users of the sauna and Turkish bath should not exceed the recommended duration of use.
Management declines all responsibility in case of accident in the water areas and the swimming pool, which is not supervised.
It is forbidden to run in the Spa. All glass objects and food of any sort are strictly forbidden around the swimming pool, in the water areas, changing rooms and in the treatment cabins.
It is forbidden to smoke in all areas of the Spa.
Customers are asked to wear shoe protection when entering the changing rooms. Mobile telephones are strictly forbidden inside the Spa and by the outdoor swimming pool.
Pets are not admitted within the Spa.
Admission to the swimming pool is conditional on wearing decent and suitable bathing costume.

Treatments

Bookings for treatments must be made during opening hours. You are asked to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment so as to have the time to change and enjoy the Turkish bath and Sauna. We cannot make good late arrivals by extending the length of treatment. Customers will be charged in full for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Our massages are treatments for well-being and relaxation, and are not for therapeutic or medical purposes.

Gift invitations are personalised, not transferable, not refundable and allow your guests the free choice of treatments depending on the hours given.

Gift vouchers are valid for one treatment carried out in the year following purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
